On Saturday, July 1, TV3’s midday news reported on the inauguration of the Albanyà Astronomical Observatory.
During the weather report, several minutes were spent describing the new facility, which has the largest telescope in the Girona area. The story also placed emphasis on the fact that the night sky in Albanyà is “of excellent quality, perfect for observing the sky beyond the clouds.”
